The starting assumptions come from Reveal Lending's public homepage calculator, reviewed November 3, 2026. They are not verified lender criteria or universal industry standards. We use exact completed months and a self-reported score instead of assigning a midpoint to a broad answer.
Illustration indices: scores below 600 / 600 to 649 / 650 to 699 / 700+ and age below 6 / 6 to 11 / 12 to 35 / 36+ months receive 1 / 2 / 3 / 4. The average selects A at 3.25+, B at 2.25+, C otherwise. This selects a calculation example, not a risk rating.
Revenue-based financing · monthly revenue
A: 100% to 150% · B: 75% to 110% · C: 50% to 80%
Reference assumptions only: 500+ score, 6+ months, $10,000+ monthly revenue. Model minimum $2,000; cap $1,000,000.
Business line of credit · annualized revenue
A: 15% to 25% · B: 10% to 18% · C: 6% to 12%
Reference assumptions only: 600+ score, 12+ months, $8,000+ monthly revenue. Model minimum $5,000; cap $750,000.
Business term loan · annualized revenue
A: 10% to 15% · B: 8% to 12% · C: 5% to 8%
Reference assumptions only: 650+ score, 24+ months, $15,000+ monthly revenue. Model minimum $25,000; cap $500,000.
Equipment financing · equipment cost
A: 90% to 100% · B: 75% to 95% · C: 60% to 85%
Reference assumptions only: 600+ score, 12+ months, no revenue threshold in this equipment model. Model minimum $10,000; cap $750,000.
Ranges are suppressed outside the model assumptions. A raw upper bound below the model minimum does not become a made-up minimum. Both endpoints stay within the cap; a capped range can collapse to one amount. A line limit is not a draw, and an equipment advance is not net cash.
Public reference calculator · Equipment-program context. The equipment page lists different entry criteria than its calculator, another reason not to treat this model as an underwriting rule. External links open separately; your inputs are not included.

Look beyond the amount
Monthly revenue is a starting point, not a repayment budget. Payroll, inventory, taxes, existing loans, and daily or weekly advances determine how much room your business actually has.
For term loans and equipment, use the optional preview to understand how a chosen interest and term assumption changes monthly principal and interest. It is not a rate quote or a lease calculation.

FAQ answer summary
This tool multiplies the revenue or equipment-cost basis by the displayed illustration percentages. For example, $85,000 in monthly revenue with a self-reported score of 670 and 24 months in business uses the middle revenue-based illustration: 0.75 to 1.10 times monthly revenue, producing $63,750 to $93,500 before any lender review. These figures are scenario arithmetic, not the amount a lender will approve.
No. Revenue, a self-reported score, and business age cannot establish lending eligibility. This calculator neither selects a lender nor checks bank statements, debt service, liens, collateral, business risks, or provider policy. Request human review through a separate secure qualification path if you want to discuss actual possibilities.
The starting ratios, product caps, and model assumptions were read from Reveal Lending's publicly delivered homepage calculator on November 3, 2026. They are not represented as lender-approved or universal industry standards. lendDEFY displays the assumptions, uses exact completed months and a self-reported score, enforces the caps, and does not fabricate a minimum result or a reduced approval range outside the model.
It selects a preset scenario, not a creditworthiness grade. The calculator groups self-reported scores below 600, 600 to 649, 650 to 699, and 700 or more, and business age below 6, 6 to 11, 12 to 35, and 36 or more completed months. Each group gets an index from 1 to 4. Their average selects illustration A at 3.25 or more, B at 2.25 or more, and C otherwise. Only a lender can determine its actual requirements.
This reference model applies an advance percentage to the equipment-cost input. It does not appraise the asset or confirm what is financeable. Equipment age, condition, down payment, useful life, business cash flow, and the actual loan or lease agreement still need review.
That means your inputs are invalid, below the reference-model minimum, or outside its assumptions. It does not mean your application was denied or your business is ineligible for every program. The calculator does not increase a low result to create an artificial minimum or assign a pretend reduced approval. You can still request a human conversation.
No. The estimator runs in your browser with a self-reported score. It does not request a credit report, collect identity or banking credentials, save your calculator values, or transmit them to a lender. Anonymous page and tool-use events contain no calculator amounts or scores. A secure qualification form is separate and has its own disclosures.
No. Existing payments can materially reduce available cash flow and net new proceeds. Revenue is not profit, and a gross funding amount is not the cash left after fees or debt payoffs. Use the separate MCA debt planner to organize daily and weekly payment pressure and discuss a sustainable structure with the lendDEFY team.
No. They are visitor-controlled assumptions for a fixed-rate, fully amortizing monthly principal-and-interest illustration. The preview excludes fees, down payments, taxes, variable rates, balloon amounts, and early-payoff rules. The entered interest percentage is not an APR quote. A revolving line or revenue-based advance needs a different cost model.
Choose Express Qualification for a short business-purpose intake or Instant Qualification for a fuller secure application. Your team can request the financial records needed for review, including completed-period business bank statements through the private portal. No application or document is sent to a lender by using this calculator.
