Terms of service

Effective September 29, 2026 · Draft operational notice pending counsel review.

Business-purpose use only. The credit application is intended solely for business-purpose financing. It is not an offer, commitment, approval, or agreement to extend credit. Product availability, eligibility, documentation, underwriting, collateral review, and final terms vary by transaction and provider.

No hard credit inquiry by lendDEFY

No hard credit inquiry is initiated by lendDEFY when you submit a capital profile or complete this application. A future capital provider may separately request credit information only through its own process, with any separate consent and disclosures it requires.

Electronic records and signatures

By affirmatively accepting the electronic-record consent and signature-intent checkboxes, the signer agrees to receive and retain the application record electronically and intends the typed name to serve as an electronic signature for the application, subject to applicable law.

Accuracy and authority

Each signer represents that application information is complete and accurate and that the signer has authority to submit the business request. lendDEFY may require additional documents and may discontinue the review if information cannot be verified.

Consent withdrawal and paper copies

Email applications@lenddefy.com with the subject line “Withdraw Electronic Records Consent” or “Request Paper Copy.” Include the applicant business name and the application reference, if available. lendDEFY will confirm receipt and provide the next available non-electronic process.

For help with application records, email applications@lenddefy.com.

No legal or financial advice

The site and application do not provide legal, tax, financial, investment, or credit advice. Applicants should consult their own qualified advisers before making financial decisions.

Review notice. These operational notices must be reviewed and approved by lendDEFY’s counsel and compliance owner before production use. They do not by themselves determine state-specific licensing, disclosure, or privacy obligations.
