Start the right capital conversation with the right amount of information.
lendDEFY offers three private entry points for U.S. business owners: a short Express Qualification form, a more complete Instant Qualification profile, and an SBA Express readiness screen based on public program topics. Each one begins a human review. None is an approval or promise of funding.

Three ways to organize a business-purpose capital conversation.
The right starting point depends on how much context is available and whether the business is specifically exploring an SBA Express conversation. The results route to human review rather than an automated lending conclusion.
Short form
Express Qualification
A low-friction form for a business owner who wants a human follow-up after sharing core contact, business, requested-amount, and purpose information.
A U.S. business-purpose starting point. A local, lender-specific outcome later.
The qualification paths are designed for U.S. businesses. That does not mean every product is available in every city or state. Actual eligibility and terms can turn on business location, lender policy, licensing, industry, collateral, transaction structure, and the laws that apply to the specific request.
What the screens can do
Collect a business-purpose request for human review.
Create a controlled lendDEFY prospect record.
Present a transparent self-reported readiness result.
Explain what a lender or capital provider may need to review next.
What the screens cannot do
Approve or deny credit.
Guarantee program eligibility, terms, or funding.
Select a lender or transmit an application to one.
Replace legal, tax, accounting, or lender review.
SBA Express-specific context
Why a readiness screen is not an SBA Express algorithm.
SBA Express lenders generally have delegated authority to make their own credit decisions. Public SBA eligibility subjects are necessary context, but a lender must still evaluate the borrower, size standards, credit elsewhere, repayment ability, ownership, documentation, permitted use of proceeds, and its own program procedures.
Use current business contact information and factual, high-level estimates. Do not upload sensitive documents or put confidential identifiers in free text. A human reviewer will identify a secure next step when one is appropriate.
What is the difference between Express Qualification and Instant Qualification?
Express Qualification is a shorter lead form for a human follow-up. Instant Qualification captures a more complete business-purpose capital profile so lendDEFY can organize a first review. Neither path is an approval, a lender application, an offer, a rate quote, or a commitment to finance.
Does lendDEFY run a hard credit inquiry to start a qualification request?
No. lendDEFY does not initiate a hard credit inquiry when a business submits Express Qualification, Instant Qualification, or the SBA Express readiness screen. A future capital provider may use its own separate process, consent, and disclosures if credit information is requested.
What does the SBA Express readiness screen tell a business owner?
It organizes self-reported facts against public SBA Express program topics, including the published $500,000 maximum loan amount and baseline 7(a) eligibility subjects. It identifies items for lender review. It is not an SBA eligibility decision, credit decision, approval, denial, rate, loan amount, or lender match.
Who makes an SBA Express loan decision?
A participating SBA Express lender makes the credit decision under its own procedures and current SBA requirements. SBA Express lenders have delegated authority, but that does not make lendDEFY a lender or turn a readiness screen into a decision.
Can a business use these pathways anywhere in the United States?
The public pathways are designed for U.S. business-purpose capital conversations. Actual program availability, lender appetite, licensing, documentation, terms, and transaction requirements vary by lender, business, industry, location, use of funds, and applicable law.
What should a business prepare after completing a qualification path?
Wait for a human reviewer to identify an appropriate next step. A participating lender or other capital provider determines which records it needs. Do not email Social Security numbers, tax IDs, passwords, bank credentials, or unredacted sensitive documents outside an approved secure channel.
